The Researcher Development Concordat Strategy Group (RDCSG) are delighted to publish our annual report,...
Since the launch of the Researcher Development Concordat, Vitae, have been commissioned by the Researcher Development Concordat Strategy Group (RDCSG), to gather proven examples of practice from across the HE sector to share with all stakeholders responsible for delivering on the Researcher Development Concordat’s aims.
The result has been the creation of a new practice-sharing platform showcasing tried and tested examples, to share and promote good institutional practice that will help engagement in implementing the concordat’s principles.
The aim is that the platform will be an evolving digital library and over time, will grow to include as many different contexts and stakeholder examples as possible that the community can use and tailor to suit their different institutional contexts and needs. It should become the ‘go to’ place for all institutional staff involved in upholding and implementing the concordat principles.
Dr Janet Metcalfe, Principal, Vitae commented:
“We are excited to be involved in the Researcher Development Concordat Platform of Practice, which really illustrates how the Concordat Principles are being brought to life within institutions. This is another positive step towards embedding an improved research culture and helping our future researchers flourish”.
To make the most of the platform, and to keep it as sustainable and relevant as possible, all stakeholders are collectively invited to consider making their good institutional practice visible and inspire others by sharing an example on the platform.
Always find your way back to the Platform of Practice in via our Resources page.
